We only collect information when you choose to sign in. We never see or store your passwords.

• When you sign in with Discord(via Discord's OAuth): your Discord user ID, username, avatar, email address, and your membership and roles within our Discord server. We request the identify, email, guilds, guilds.members.read and guilds.join permissions so we can verify your standing and add you to the server with the right role.
• When you sign in with YouTube(via Google's OAuth): your Google account identifier, email address, and your public YouTube channel ID. We request the youtube.readonlypermission and use it once, at sign-in, to read your channel ID so we can check it against the channel's membership list.
• Membership & community data: whether you are an active member, your role (member or admin), your house once you face the Sorting, and related timestamps (such as when you last signed in).
• Strictly necessary cookies: a secure, encrypted session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a short-lived cookie used only while you connect a second account. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

• To sign you in and keep your session active.
• To verify your membership — by checking your YouTube channel membership and/or your standing in our Discord server — and to unlock members-only areas of the site.
• To grant or remove your member role in our Discord server automatically (via our server bot) so your access matches your membership.
• To run community features such as the Sorting, house assignment, and the leaderboard.
• To respond to you if you contact us, and to keep the service secure and working.

• We do not store your Discord or Google passwords — sign-in happens on their systems.
• We do not retain your personal Discord or Google access tokens. The YouTube sign-in is “online only” — no long-lived access to your account is kept.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
• We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking.

To provide sign-in and community features, we rely on Discord and Google/YouTube. When you sign in, your use of those platforms is governed by their own policies:

Membership verification uses YouTube's official API. Our Discord bot acts only to add you to the server and manage your member role.

We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete it, or you stop being a member and ask us to close your account, we remove your personal data except where we must keep limited records to meet legal obligations.

• You can disconnect Discord or YouTube from your account at any time on the account page.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@knightmareofficial.co.uk.
• As this site is operated from the United Kingdom, UK data-protection law applies. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

This site is not directed to children. You must meet Discord's and YouTube's minimum age (at least 13, or older where local law requires) to create an account and sign in here.

Your data is stored in a private, access-controlled database. Sign-in sessions use an encrypted cookie. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and deliberately minimise what we collect and retain.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
