This site is operated by Knightmare (YouTube Creator Brand). You can reach us at info@knightmareofficial.co.uk.

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your local law requires) and meet the minimum age and rules of Discord and YouTube to use this site. By using it, you confirm you meet these requirements.

You sign in using your Discord and/or YouTube account. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your linked accounts secure. You may link or unlink Discord and YouTube on the account page. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused, shared, or used to break these Terms.

• Members-only features are granted based on your YouTube channel membership and/or your standing in the community. Membership may change or be revoked if your YouTube membership lapses, you leave the community, or you breach these Terms — and your Discord member role will be updated to match.
• The Sorting assigns you to a house. Like all good oaths, it's meant to stick — house assignment is intended to be permanent and is part of the fun, not a formal entitlement.
• House points, ranks, and the leaderboard are for entertainment only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for anything, and we may adjust or reset them (for example, to fix errors or run new seasons).

When using the site and community, you agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or abuse other members or the creator;
• cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate points, the Sorting, or the leaderboard;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, accounts, or systems;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or break Discord's or YouTube's rules.

We may remove access for anyone who breaks these rules.

By connecting Discord, you allow our server bot to add you to the KnightmareDiscord and manage your member role automatically based on your membership. The community's server rules also apply while you're there.

The Knightmare name, logo, crests, house designs, artwork, and content are owned by the creator and protected by law. You may enjoy them for personal, non-commercial use within the community. You may not copy, sell, or use them commercially without permission.

Any merchandise or paid offerings are subject to their own terms shown at the point of purchase and may be handled by third-party providers. No purchases are processed directly on this site at this time.

The site and community are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Knightmare is an independent creator community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, YouTube, or Google.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knightmare and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or community. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.

We may suspend or end your access to the site or community at any time, including for breach of these Terms. You can stop using the site and disconnect your accounts whenever you like.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the site means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
